Job candidates

Legality of Treatment: Legitimate Interest in accordance with the provisions of Opinion 2/2017 of the Working Group of article 29, of June 8, 2017 on data processing at work; Express Consent of the interested party;
Purpose: management of job candidates in hiring processes;
Retention Period: candidate data will be kept while the recruitment process in which they participate is carried out and thereafter, if they have given their consent, for 1 year;

Video surveillance

Legality of Treatment: Legitimate Interest;
Purpose: guarantee the safety of people, property and facilities;
Conservation period: candidate data will be kept for a maximum period of one month;
Recipients: State security forces and bodies, judicial bodies, Public Prosecutor’s Office;
