The company, Putsch®, was founded in 1871 by Mr. Hermann Putsch. Since 1881 the company has specialized in the manufacture of industrial blades, and in the design and construction of machinery and installations for the sugar industry.
Over its 130 year history, Putsch® & Company has become a group of companies distributed all over the world. The Putsch® Group now consists of six manufacturing plants – four of which have research and development departments – and two sales and distribution offices in five countries. Around 400 workers are at the service of the customer worldwide and in different time zones.
